HOW CAN I CONTACT ABDUCTED THREADS?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping and handling in the USA is a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders of less than 3 items, and is FREE for all orders of 3+ items.

Shipping and handling for international orders starts at $9.95 and is dependent on the eight of the order. All orders over $100.00 ship for FREE to all international locations.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our products ship within a few weeks via DHL and USPS with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Some items will arrive as soon as a few days, while other items may take up to a few weeks for international orders. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships!

WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?

Some of our products ship from different locations. Most of our apparel is printed and sent out within a few days. If you only received part of your order, don’t worry, the rest is on the way!

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS?

We do offer wholesale discounts. Please reach out to our support email support@abductedthreads.com and we can provide you with a code for checkout!

CAN I REPLACE A DAMAGED AND/OR INCORRECT ORDER?

We currently do not accept returns, but we do issue refunds. Please refer to our refund policy for more info.
